How to Start Your Return

1. Contact Us at orders@broadfeet.com with the following information

To: orders@broadfeet.com
Subject: Return Request: {Insert Your Invoice Number}
Content: {Attach photos of the returning product}

2. We will contact you back within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and if necessary a prepaid return label for your usage

3. Ship it back to us with one of the following methods:

a. Prepaid shipping label generated by Broadfeet
b. Drop-off the item at fulfillment center: 25A Denton Ave., New Hyde Park, New York 11040

30-Days Return Policy (Broadfeet® Product)

All Broadfeet® branded products qualify for a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original and resalable condition. Used or installed items will not be accepted for return or refunded.

Standard $35 Return Shipping Fee

Don't like the item? Contact us at orders@broadfeet.com for a prepaid return label. A standard $35 return shipping fee will be deducted from the original payment method prior to any credit.

14-Days Return Policy (Non-Broadfeet® Product)

Products from other brands that are not under the Broadfeet® brand are subject to a 14-day return policy and a 20%-25% restocking fee.

Shipping Charges Are Not Refundable

If you were required to pay any shipping charges during checkout, that amount cannot be refunded. This is a one-time fee paid to a third-party shipping carrier and is non-refundable.

Return Policy

Standard Return Policy of Broadfeet® Branded Item

All Broadfeet® branded products are subject to a 30-day return policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping or local drop-off of items, with the option to request a prepaid shipping label for a flat rate of $35 USD.

A standard 20% restocking fee will be applied to items returned without their original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, used, or modified. In such cases, customers may choose to discard the item at our facility or opt to purchase a prepaid shipping label for $35.00 USD to have it returned back to the buyer location.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.


Standard Return Policy for all non-Broadfeet® Branded Items

All other branded products are classified as special ordered items. A standard 20% restocking fee will apply if the package is returned in an open-box condition. Items that have been previously installed, used, or modified will not be accepted for return under any circumstances, without exception.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Consumers With Route Package Protection Insurance 

In the event of receiving a damaged item, customers are encouraged to opt for Route Package Protection insurance during checkout to expedite the resolution process for damage, loss, or stolen package claims. We will endeavor to resolve such cases with either a replacement or refund. A resolution can be proposed within 1 to 3 business days. 


Consumers Without Route Package Protection Insurance

For customers who did not opt for Route Package Protection, please reach out to our sales representatives at (718) 302-1787 or orders@broadfeet.com. Our team will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier, typically FedEx Ground Shipping, on your behalf. Customers are required to await the conclusion of the carrier's investigation before any resolution can be proposed. In the case of damaged items, customers may receive a credit of up to 25% of the product price. For lost or stolen packages, customers are responsible for liaising with the shipping carrier to pursue any applicable credits. A resolution can only be proposed after the conclusion of the shipping carrier's claim process.

Bundle Discounts and Free Items

Customers who received discounts or free items by purchasing multiple products together will forfeit these benefits if they do not return all items originally purchased.

Refund Policy

Once the item is returned back to our facility at 25A Denton Ave., New Hyde Park, New York 11040, the item will be inspected within 24 to 48 hours for its original condition and any missing hardware / components. If the package is missing any of its original components a refund may not be granted, refer to return policy. Credits will be issued within 1-3 business days after the item is successfully inspected back to the original payment method or in a form of check.

Shipping Cost & Installation Cost Are NOT Refundable

Warranty Policy

At Broadfeet Motorsport Equipment, LLC., we stand behind the quality of our products. All of our Broadfeet® T-304 Stainless Steel products come with a limited lifetime warranty against rust, corrosion, and manufacturer craftsmanship such as fabrication defects. All other Broadfeet® products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against rust, corrosion, and manufacturer craftsmanship. To claim a warranty, you must provide the original receipt from an authorized vendor, provide photos of the issue, and contact a Broadfeet representative to open a claim. Please note that the original item cannot be altered or modified in any way. The original sale must be purchased at an MSRP price or show a warranty package was included. Liquidation, clearance, and on-sale items will not qualify for a warranty.

Below are some examples that will NOT qualify for return or warranty. Broadfeet Motorsport Equipment, LLC. reserves the right to refuse any return or warranty claim.
